This is a general repository of MAPK, MKK sequences and orthologues in the plant kingdom. Orthologues were inferred using the InParanoid and Plaza orthologue identifier programs. The site contains pointers to published evidence for constructing MAPK networks in Arabidopsis Yeast and Human. Published evidence includes high throughput and targeted experiments. | |
ConSAT is a command-line tool for annotating gene families, associating a consensus domain architecture to each one of the given protein sequences. While ConSAT is based on GFam (see above) it can provide a much faster architecture annotation and is able to provide an extensive set of Gene Ontology terms for the input sequences. Besides, ConSAT is designed with efficiency in mind, being able to deal easily with millions of sequences. |
